This solution would provide for stock-recording, its movement and analysis of sales/usage patterns and profitability/effectiveness.

The nature of the 'stock' should be determined by database content, whilst client-specific operations may be modelled leaving the core infrastructure of the solution standard.

This application might be used to monitor a company's performance and to produce periodic internal reports and/or tax returns. Equally it might be employed to present a shop-front for sales and re-ordering.

Basically a client-specific modelled, computer-based solution which allows for a minimum facility of entry of stock and the reporting of its movement. Beyond that facilities such as reporting of sales profitability, re-order processing and company and government returns production should be available as standard. Company-specific operations should be modelled and provided as required.

Dependent upon client preference the solution should be provided to operate on a single workstation or on a set of workstations interacting in real-time.
